The residential project “De Joya” Compound is located in the New Administrative Capital, specifically in the R8 residential district, which is an area characterized by low residential density to increase opportunities for enjoyment and respect for privacy for the compound’s residents. The project is owned by "TaJ Masr Developments", a company that has many projects within the capital, which reflects its experience in the region and its ability to rehabilitate the appropriate environment to ensure the well-being of residents.

"TaJ Masr Developments" is a veteran company that dates back to 2006 and is one of the companies of the Egyptian International Construction Group. Among its projects within the capital:

De Joya Compound is located in the eighth residential district of the New Administrative Capital, specifically on plot No. “B2”, which is an area that enjoys many services, green spaces and landscapes, in addition to proximity to the main axes such as the Regional Ring Road and the Northern Bin Zayed Axis, and other vital places to which the compound is close:
